Chinelle was very patient, professional, friendly and thorough! She made sure to get every hair possible, took her time with her service and did not put any pressure on me when I began to get nervous and needed to run to the store for a pain killer. The area was clean, comfortable and there was beautiful jazz music playing in the background for comfort which helped a lot. I’ll definitely be visiting her ONLY from now on, it’s worth the 1.5hr drive I have to take to her!
